Joanna Paśkiewicz – graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration UMCS in Lublin Branch in Rzeszów, which she finished in 1998. In 1999 she started her legal training for public prosecutors in a District Prosecutor’s Office in Rzeszów, which she ended in 2002. Since 2007 she practiced first as a legal adviser, currently as a attorney.
In 1999-2005 she prepared doctoral thesis entitled “ Crown witness in a meaning of Polish
substantive and adjective law in a comparative method” at the Jagiellonian Univeristy in Kraków, under the academic auspices of professor honorary doctorate Stanisław Waltoś, which she defended in 2005. She took active participation in a series of scientific conferences, both national and international.
She was a scholar of Max–Planck–Institut für Ausländisches und Internationales Strafrecht in Freiburg am Breisgau in Germany, German Thomas Berberich Foundation, and also European Anti-Fraud Office OLAF, European Commision in Brussels.
She is an author and co-author of numerous publications, among others: juristic commentary to the Petty Offences Procedure Code, monographs about crown witness in American, Italian and German Legislation, and also scientific articles.
She cooperates with the Law Office in the area of criminal matters and a family law.
European and Polish patent attorney, as well as professional representative authorized to appear before the Office for Harmonization of the Internal Market (OHIM) in Alicante, registered from 2004 on the list of European patent attorneys kept by the European Patent Office in Munich and from 1994 on the list of Polish patent attorneys kept by the Polish Patent Office. Vice Dean of the Sub-Carpathian District of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys.
He graduated from Rzeszów University of Technology in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. He gained and continues to gain professional experience dealing with all issues related to the protection of intellectual and industrial property in the company Zelmer, which in 2013 became part of the international corporation BOSCH. In addition, through his own patent office he is engaged in long-term cooperation with several large operators.
In the area of professional activity he is engaged in, among others, legal protection of inventions, utility models, industrial designs, topographies of integrated circuits, trademarks and geographical indications in the country and abroad.
He performs tests of the state of technology, ability and purity of patent and/or registry of objects of industrial property protection in the country and abroad in cooperation with foreign patent offices. He also provides his customers with all legal advice related to the implementation of new technical solutions.
He conducts cases both before the Polish Patent Office and before the Office of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) in accordance with the procedures of the international Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) and the Madrid Agreement and Protocol, as well as before the European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich, the Office for Harmonization of the Internal Market (OHIM) in Alicante, as well as foreign patent offices. He works with dozens of foreign law firms.
He is covered by the compulsory insurance of civil liability arising from the profession of patent attorney, both in the Polish territory and abroad.

The president of the company is Jaromir Rajzer, who graduated from the Faculty of Law at UMCS University in Lublin, and is a licensed intermediary, license No. 278. With experience gained over many years in the industry he has undeniable expertise on topics related to the real estate market; he mainly specializes in investment procedures and commercial real estate services. He has gained professional experience as, among others: member of the Committee for Professional Responsibility, president of a development company, member of the board of the monthly ‘Podkarpacki Kurier Nieruchomości’ (Podkarpacka Real Estate Courier), commentator in ‘Gazeta Wyborcza’ newspaper, manager of the office of legal intervention F PPRN. More recently he joined the group Polish Consortium of Real Estate as Managing Partner.
